I stepped away for a moment..

I breathed in the fresh sent of wildflowers, slowly quieted my mind and looked at the beauty that surrounded me.

There were layers upon layers of green with pops of pink and yellow poking through..

The field in front of me felt endless, and that gave me hope.

I could feel a breeze begin to blow, realizing then that summer had come to an end.. I took another deep breathe.

I never wanted this moment to end..

Its the kind of moment everyone should experience..

Feeling fully connected with the earth. No worries, no doubts.

Completely at peace and caught up in the beauty in front of you.

I knew then that I had to paint it.

That way I could not only relive the moment my self, but share it with others.

Offering them that same sense of belonging and peacefulness...
